| R-Research was a partner on the large scale social research project called EUREQUAL which was funded by the European Commission under the 6th Framework Programme. The budget for the project was estimated at 1.2 million Euro. The main objective of the project was to investigate and establish the causes and consequences of social inequality in the post-Communist Eastern and Central Europe, including countries of the former USSR. Igor Galin, MD of R-Research, was a co-author of the winning proposal along with Stephen Whitefield (University of Oxford).
