| 27 September 2005 Russian Research conducted an-online electronic focus-group that responded to President Putin’s answers to questions posed to him on the Internet and by telephone and live on TV channels “Rossiya”, and “Pervyj kanal”, radio-stations “Mayak” and “Radio Rossiyi”. The questions covered state system, home policies, education, social security, and finances. Transcript of «Direct Line with the President of Russia» is published in Russian on the President’s official website. The group participants respondent to the President’s answers in real time allowing for collecting a unique set-of data that contain spontaneous reactions to literarily every word said by the President. Rating of most important questions and answers were established. The electronic focus-group was conducted using system and method DART© , that was developed and manufactured by Russian Research in Russia. The project was commissioned by “Fond Effektivnoj Politiki” (Foundation of Effective Politics”)- (FEP). This is the forth joined project between FEP and Russian Research.
